Myles is entering his eighth season with the Las Vegas Raiders. As Director of Football Development, Myles works with the club’s football partners to drive the organization’s youth football strategy encouraging participation in tackle and flag football. Born in Tokyo, Japan at Yokota Air Force Base, Myles work closely with his parents in Services and youth sports from a young age. Since 2018, Myles has led a team who have made substantial investment in supporting youth football, donating equipment, funding coach education, and supporting high schools engaging the entire student body. Myles currently serves on the Strong Beginnings NFP, INC and Special Olympics Nevada Board of Directors. Myles is married to Kristin Hayes and they have one child, Myinn.
