Tracy Barash has enjoyed a successful career building, managing and marketing some of the world’s greatest brands. She has led functions and teams in a variety of disciplines including brand strategy and management, strategic planning, marketing, entertainment franchise management, research and licensing. Tracy currently employs her extensive experience as a consultant and advisor as Owner and Principal of Cut-Thru Consulting, serving media and entertainment, sports and consumer goods and services companies.

Barash spent 19-years at Warner Bros. Discovery, working for three divisions at the company. She managed Harry Potter merchandise and themed entertainment for Warner Bros. Consumer Products, led branding and franchise management at Cartoon Network and ran marketing for Turner Sports including managing the NBA on TNT and launching the NHL on TNT. She has also held brand management roles at Diageo for Baileys Irish Cream, Malibu Rum and Smirnoff Vodka among others. Tracy has an MBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University and a BS from the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University, where she currently chairs Whitman’s Advisory Council. She is a former President of the Syracuse University national alumni board as well as a former Trustee.
