Speaker Bio
Ryan McNeil is a former NFL All-Pro defensive back turned award-winning
entrepreneur, investor, and sports technology visionary. Following an illustrious
11-year professional football career, McNeil transitioned from the gridiron to the
boardroom, founding SportsID, Inc., a data-driven technology platform
redefining how athletes, parents, coaches, and organizations connect,
compete, and grow.

Through SportsID, McNeil is creating the world’s most comprehensive digital
sports ecosystem—a dynamic, user-centric platform that integrates data,
analytics, commerce, media, and community. Focused initially on the youth
sports market of over 70 million participants, SportsID simplifies the fragmented
sports experience by offering solutions for registration, validation, performance
tracking, and discovery. The company’s modular products—such as CampID,
TournamentID, TeamID, and CoachID—empower users to access the full
lifecycle of sports participation in one connected environment.

Before founding SportsID, McNeil launched OT Enterprises, Inc., a media,
marketing, and technology firm that serves as the parent company for OverTime
Magazine—a publication spotlighting the business and lifestyle of sports. His
entrepreneurial vision earned him numerous honors, including the Minorities in
Business Magazine Sports Leadership Award and the NV Award for
Entrepreneurship. Through OT Enterprises, McNeil has been a powerful
connector between brands, athletes, and the evolving digital economy.

Today, as Chairman of the Georgia Sports Innovation Coalition (GSIC), McNeil is
shaping Georgia into a national hub for sports innovation and economic
development. Under his leadership, GSIC unites startups, corporations,
universities, and investors to drive technology growth, promote equity in sports,
and build new pathways for youth and community engagement.

Beyond the boardroom, McNeil serves on the Board of United Charitable, where
he helps guide philanthropic initiatives that leverage innovation, transparency,
and social impact—especially in youth sports and athlete development.

With more than 35 years of experience in sports, media, and technology, Ryan
McNeil’s career reflects a commitment to innovation, empowerment, and
purpose. From his NFL success to his entrepreneurial ventures and leadership in
global sports tech, McNeil continues to champion a vision where data,
technology, and community intersect to create opportunities for every athlete
to thrive.
