Speaker Bio
Lauren Allison joined Multiplier in 2023 as Vice President of Insights & Analytics. Her department is responsible for unearthing unique, compelling, data-driven insights that help brands connect with target audiences through culture.

For the decade prior to joining Multiplier, Lauren worked for sponsorship measurement platform MVP, starting in content marketing, social media management, and consulting for athletes before ultimately leading a team of analysts to evaluate and maximize the effectiveness of clients’ investments in sports and entertainment.

Much of Lauren’s career has been focused on helping long-time experts in media, entertainment, and sports harness new technologies and datasets to reach their fans more strategically in the modern cultural landscape. From helping veteran journalists harness the power of multimedia at The Dallas Morning News to driving the creation and growth of a digital department at Townsquare Media, Lauren thrives in start-up environments where she can influence real change.

She got her start at Citadel Broadcasting in Baton Rouge while studying to earn her Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication at LSU. There, she was a radio producer, personality, and webmaster, leading what was then considered to be an innovative concept: publishing content online for listeners while live on the air.

Lauren is an executive board member of the nonprofit organization DISE (Dallas Influencers in Sports & Entertainment). She balances her professional life with roles as a mother, partner, triathlete, actress, and advocate, bringing unbound energy and a can-do attitude to everything she pursues. She lives in Rockwall, Texas, with her husband, two precocious daughters, her lizards, her huge English Retriever, Frankie Lynn, and her “son,” a Miniature Schnauzer mix rescue named Mello.
