Courtney is the Senior Vice President, HR—Games Prep & Delivery, for LA28, the Organizing Committee for the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Prior to joining LA28, Courtney was the Executive Director, Talent & Workforce, for FIFA World Cup 2026, having previously worked as a Senior Human Resources Executive at Creative Artists Agency and as Chief Human Resources Officer at ICM Partners, with a wealth of experience in sports, entertainment, event delivery and operations, and building high performing teams. She has been a human resources executive for over 15 years and has worked at the National Football League, FanDuel, Major League Baseball (Tickets.com), and more. She graduated from Seattle University School of Law, where she received her Juris Doctor. She practiced labor and employment law with Littler Mendelson in Seattle, Washington, prior to returning to a career in HR.
