Kelsey Bannister is a seasoned executive in professional sports with over 16 years of experience in the industry. She currently serves as the Vice President of Sales and Service with Legends, where she oversees the A’s Las Vegas Ballpark project, set to open in 2028.

Before joining Legends, Kelsey launched her consulting firm, working with premier clients across the NWSL and professional volleyball, helping elevate fan experience, revenue strategy, and premium service models. Her innovative leadership was instrumental in launching the first-ever Formula 1 race in Las Vegas as the Vice President of Ticketing.

Previously, Kelsey served as Vice President of Premium Sales and Service for the Milwaukee Bucks and Fiserv Forum, where she led revenue and retention strategies for premium products, including suites, lofts, and club seating, while also driving innovation in fan engagement across NBA, concerts, and NCAA events.

Her earlier experience includes leadership roles with Kroenke Sports & Entertainment in Denver, where she oversaw premium spaces and membership services for the Denver Nuggets, Colorado Avalanche, Colorado Rapids, and Colorado Mammoth. Her expertise in managing high-value clients was further refined during her tenure with the Houston Rockets, where she oversaw premium accounts and led event and service teams.
Originally from Lubbock, Texas, Kelsey's journey in sports began as a Division I volleyball player at Baylor University. She graduated with an undergraduate degree in Marketing and furthered her education with a master’s degree in Sport Management, solidifying her knowledge and expertise in the field. Outside of work, Kelsey enjoys traveling the world, trying delicious food with her husband, Justin, and spending time with their dog, Toby, in Las Vegas.
