Dedan Brozino is the President of the Rose Bowl Legacy Foundation and the Chief Development Officer of the Rose Bowl Stadium. He brings 20+ years of sports administration experience with a heavy background in fundraising, resource acquisition, sales, and marketing to the position. Mr. Brozino is primarily responsible for the strategic long-range fundraising plan for the stadium and the surrounding Central Arroyo through increasing philanthropic resources and financial support through the Legacy Foundation. In December 2024, the Foundation launched a multi-year, multi-project $80 million capital campaign titled Lasting Legacy as a vital effort to maintain the Rose Bowl Stadium's® status as a global icon in sports, entertainment, and culture. Through eight major improvement projects, set for completion by and beyond the 2028 Olympic Games, the campaign will prioritize the improvement of the experience at America's Stadium for all fans, by leveraging the sights, sounds and views that have written the venue's iconic story. These upgrades will not only preserve its historic legacy, but also amplify its lasting impact on Pasadena, Los Angeles County, the State of California and the nation. Brozino has been responsible for leading over $70 million of fundraising since 2015 in support of the venue.

In 2020, the Legacy Foundation launched the Rose Bowl Institute as an educational platform to leverage sports values in spirit of sportsmanship, leadership, and citizenship. The platform has leveraged celebrity programming to reach over 50,000 students in almost all 50 states and 17 countries under the Rose Bowl Stadium brand in an effort to expand knowledge and practices on sports diplomacy, civic literacy, and ethics around its core values.

Prior to coming to Pasadena, Mr. Brozino served on the Senior Administrative Staff at Long Beach State as the Senior Associate Athletics Director for External Relations, with oversight of all revenue-based activity. During his time on the coast, he managed record volumes of revenue production. His involvement in fundraising included short- and long-term major gift solicitations, stewardship and planning for more than $27 million in capital projects. Brozino also provided direct oversight of the operational and budget components for the Marketing (19 NCAA Division I sports programs), Sponsorships (Learfield Sports Properties), Ticket Sales, and Media Relations departments.

During his tenure at the Beach, LBSU’s fund development and marketing initiatives were nationally-recognized on 13 different occasions, winning major awards from the National Association of Collegiate Marketing Administrators (NACMA) for grassroots resource initiatives.
Brozino also volunteers time with several community and professional organizations, including the California Lawyers Foundation, First Tee of Greater Pasadena (board member), Man Cave Health, and more. He is also an adjunct sport management instructor at USF and CSULB, while serving as an Advisory Committee member for the Long Beach program.

A graduate of DeSales University in Center Valley, PA and a member of the school’s athletic Hall of Fame, he earned a bachelor’s degree in Sport Administration and was a member of the school’s only College World Series team. He earned his master’s degree from Long Beach State University.
A native of Pennsylvania, Brozino resides in the Los Angeles area with his wife and two children.
