Nicole Mahzoun is a Senior Manager in the Player Affairs department at the NFL Players Association, where she focuses on off-the-field player development. She works closely with players and their broader support networks - including families, partners, agents, financial advisors, and club personnel - to help guide their growth beyond football. Her work centers on helping players explore their interests, build meaningful connections, and gain exposure to new industries through educational and experiential opportunities. Nicole began her career at the NFLPA in the player Benefits department and brings a well-rounded perspective to player support.
