Matthew Holt has dedicated over two decades to leadership in the regulated sports betting and gaming industry. Most recently, he served as Founder and CEO of U.S. Integrity, which evolved into IC 360, the industry’s leading provider of game integrity and fraud prevention services. Under his direction, IC 360 secured partnerships with nearly every major professional and collegiate sports league in North America, as well as the vast majority of regulated sportsbook operators.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Holt was an executive at Cantor Gaming, where he played a pivotal role in launching Nevada’s first-ever regulated mobile sports betting app and the industry’s first continuous in-play wagering platform.
Widely recognized for his contributions to the industry, Mr. Holt has been named a finalist for Industry Executive of the Year and led IC 360 to win Company of the Year at the 2023 SBC Awards. He also served as Vice Chair of the Fantasy Sports & Gaming Association (FSGA) and was a board member from 2018 through 2024.
