Michael Talley is the Senior Vice President of the McKinney Economic Development Corporation, where he leads strategic efforts to attract investment, support startups, and drive job growth across office, industrial, and innovation sectors. With over a decade of experience in economic development, Michael previously served as Economic Development Director for Denton County and the City of Keene, both located in the Dallas-Fort Worth region. He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington and the University of Oklahoma Economic Development Institute and currently serves on the NCTCOG Economic Development District Board.
