This Exhibitor Services Package outlines the official rules, services, rates, and procedures for exhibitors participating in the International Indoor Golf and Technology Trade Show and Conference at SEICon III. All exhibitors are required to comply with these guidelines to ensure a safe, efficient, and successful event.

Pricing Tiers: Advance / Standard / On-Site

Allowed:

• Exhibitors may hand-carry items that can be safely carried in one trip.
• Exhibitors may set up and dismantle their own standard booths using their own staff.
• Unpacking and packing of materials within the booth space is permitted.

Not Allowed:

• Use of hotel bell carts or venue equipment for freight movement.
• Operation of forklifts or pallet jacks by exhibitors.
• Electrical tie-ins, rigging, or use of open flame without written approval.

Material Handling (Freight)
Material handling includes receiving, unloading, delivery to booth, empty storage, and return of freight at move-out.
Shipping charges from carriers are not included.
Rates:
Advance: $1.25 per lb (200 lb minimum)
Standard: $1.50 per lb
On-Site: $1.75 per lb

Small Package Handling Program
Applies to FedEx/UPS/DHL shipments under 50 lbs per box and 30" x 30" x 30" maximum size.
Advance: $35 per box
Standard: $45 per box
On-Site: $60 per box

Electrical Services (Coordination)
5 amp (600W): $165 adv / $195 std / $235 on-site
10 amp: $235 / $275 / $325
20 amp: $325 / $375 / $450

Internet Services
Shared Event Wi-Fi (20 Mbps Up/Down): Complimentary
Dedicated Booth Wi-Fi Per Device (50 Mbps Up/Down): $600 adv / $650 std / $800 on-site

Furniture & Basic Rentals
6' Draped Table: $85 adv / $100 std / $125 on-site
Standard Chair: $28 / $35 / $45
Wastebasket: $18 / $22 / $30

Labor Assistance (Optional)
Straight Time: $95/hr
Overtime: $142.50/hr
Double Time: $190/hr
