Gina Rotolo is in innovative marketing professional with more than 17 years of proven history leveraging marketing and communications strategies to drive successful revenue opportunities for organizations and brands in the entertainment, sports, and live events industries.
Rotolo has served as an executive leader for major organizations and brands, tasked with launching new products, venues and professional sports teams along with building successful management, operations and marketing teams. Having overseen the marketing strategy and creative development of product launches, concert tours, artist residency shows, international concert and sporting events, along with collaborating with brands/partners, professional sports leagues, concert/event promoters, corporations, major hotel casino and resort chains and award-winning venues across the country and around the world, she brings a unique level of managerial experience and dedicated work ethic to all her professional endeavors. In addition, she thrives in fast-paced environments that require high levels of coordination, collaboration, and planning.
Currently, Rotolo serves as the Vice President of Marketing & Business Services for Acrisure Arena & the Coachella Valley Firebirds, the 32nd AHL team (Seattle Kraken NHL parent club) based in Palm Desert, CA. She joined Oak View Group in November 2021, and is currently tasked with management of front office operations and revenue development for Acrisure Arena, the Coachella Valley Firebirds, Berger Foundation Iceplex, and the One Valley Foundation, a newly formed non-profit division of the organization. Her role focuses on developing programming & content, marketing, public relations, social media strategies, sales and fulfillment strategies, facility & game presentation, broadcast, community outreach and fan development, as well as fundraising and endowment development for the One Valley Foundation. She places core focus on creating a high-performing, people-centric culture to leverage marketing, sales and communication strategies to build the team brand, foster fan, community, and league engagement as well as promoter relations to drive revenue across all areas of operations of each business unit.
Before joining OVG, Rotolo worked as a consultant representing clients including DoorDash, City of Houston, NHL, Live Nation, and the Houston Astros. Prior to that, Rotolo worked for MGM Resorts International where she served as Executive Director of Artist Relations and Business Development for the Global Entertainment & Sports Division. During her tenure, she opened T-Mobile Arena, Park Theater, The Theater at National Harbor along with developed key residencies for Lady Gaga, George Strait, Bruno Mars, Cher, Ricky Martin, Janey Jackson, Queen + Adam Lambert, and Aerosmith. Her experience also includes roles with BBVA Compass Stadium/AEG Facilities as senior director of booking and special events, as well as the director of marketing and media relations for Sam Houston Race Park. Rotolo earned her bachelor’s degree from Texas Christian University and holds certifications from Yale and Cornell University.
