Speaker Bio
Amanda Moore has been a force in entertainment in Las Vegas and beyond since 2000. In 2025, Moore launched Conduit Entertainment, a boutique event and experience strategic consulting firm anchored in Moore’s core-principles of innovation and operational excellence.
Before taking the leap into her own enterprise, Moore was most recently the Global Head of Marketing & Growth for Cirque du Soleil’s Residency Shows Division where she opened the critically acclaimed “Auana” at Outrigger’s Beachcomber Resort in Waikiki, guided the launch of a new residency in Berlin, and spearheaded collaborations with the NBA, New Kids on the Block and iHeart Radio.
Prior to her chapter at Cirque, Moore spent nearly a decade with Live Nation Las Vegas, a regional office she co-opened as the head of marketing in 2015 and was promoted in 2021 to lead of their celebrated Las Vegas Residencies division, where she oversaw over 600 events annually. Working in tandem with MGM Resorts International, Caesars Entertainment, Venetian Resort and Allegiant Stadium, Moore was a key architect of the modern Las Vegas Residency road map, redefining the industry’s perception of what it means to have one while making “Vegas Residency” a household term. During her celebrated tenure at Live Nation, Moore helped change the city’s tourism dynamic by successfully launching and promoting now-iconic residencies from the world’s greatest artists including Usher, Lady Gaga, Aerosmith, Garth Brooks, Shania Twain, Mariah Carey, Sting, Backstreet Boys, Jennifer Lopez, Britney Spears and many more. In 2017 Moore was honored
as one of VEGAS INC’s “40 Under 40” and was put on the cover of Las Vegas Weekly’s “Women Of Intrigue” issue recognizing the most influential women in Las Vegas’s dynamic entertainment landscape.
Moore began her career in radio promotions and A&R, spending six years developing new artists in the rock and alternative genres. In 2006, she went to work for her longtime mentor, Kevin Lyman, producer of Vans Warped Tour, Taste of Chaos and Mayhem Festival, where she spent the next several years with responsibilities ranging across operations, artist relations, marketing, publicity, and philanthropic activations. Her passion and skills then took her to Atlantic Records, where she oversaw tour marketing for a roster of over 30 artists, followed by heading-up marketing for AEG Nashville, where she spent two years before moving to Las Vegas.
Amanda has also been instrumental in integrating nonprofits and causes into residencies, coordinating transformative artist partnerships with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Nevada, Cure 4 The Kids Foundation, The Shade Tree, The Animal Foundation, Nevada Ballet Theater, The Shania Twain Foundation and Usher's New Look. She currently sits on the board of Nevada Public Radio as Vice-Chair and Nevada Ballet Theater as Chair of the Executive Marketing Committee.
