Michelle Rosar is the Director of Partnership Marketing for the San Francisco 49ers, where she leads the team responsible for driving partner engagement, renewal strategy, and integrated marketing execution across the organization’s portfolio of corporate sponsors. In her role, Michelle develops and implements strategic plans that elevate brand partnerships, maximize ROI for partners, and align with the 49ers’ business objectives and fan engagement goals.

Michelle earned her bachelor’s degree in Sport and Recreation Management from Temple University and an MBA from Temple’s Fox School of Business. She began her career at a sports marketing agency, where she negotiated and activated partnerships for national brands across the East Coast. After four and a half years of growing major client portfolios and delivering measurable impact, Michelle transitioned into higher education, leading Graduate Admissions at Temple University and successfully enrolling five incoming classes.

In 2021, Michelle re-entered the sports industry with the Philadelphia Union, where she played a pivotal role in rebuilding the partnerships team. During her tenure, she restructured the Union’s partner analytics system, increased year-over-year partner renewals, and contributed to new business development. Notably, she spearheaded the club’s first-ever partner sustainability program and helped to make Subaru Park the first zero-landfill stadium in Major League Soccer. Michelle concluded her time at the Union as Vice President of Partnership Marketing, overseeing more than 70 corporate partners and helping drive continued commercial growth for the club.

Now at the 49ers, Michelle brings a strategic and relationship-driven approach to partnership marketing, helping shape the future of one of the NFL’s most iconic franchises.
